SpiderClub Font - Challenge

Post by papasue »

I saw this font and thought COOL.

then I tried to convert the images in Inkscape. there is something weird in the composition.

Most of the images are only viewable in outline mode, normal mode is a black blob. It only gets scarier (pun intended) after that.

So here's the challenge: download the font here: http://www.dafont.com/spiders-club.font ... t=Sinistra

Take one image and convert it to .svg and post it. If enough people do it then we will have the full compliment of images.

Oh, one more thing. I don't have SCAL2 (Mac you know :( ) so please post svg and SCAL2 if you must.

thanks for playing

What letters did you have a problem with? I tried three and they were all fine. Maybe it's the Mac version of the font that has problems?

I knew you couldn't resist. :) The tree with the pumpkins at the bottom, the spider by itself.

Yes, it could be the Mac, that's what I'm trying to figure out.

Here's some pix.

No problems with any of those. If I had been at the top of my game I would have asked "Witch" one of the letters....

I guess I should have read the instructions better, before I converted all to svg's. LOL
