Craft Edge

Hi ALL

I recently downloaded the app for my ipad air.. really only for rhinestone work....

however when I go to finalise the template i.e. select the size of stones the whole app just shuts down

I have reached out to support but have had nothing in return a bit frustrating because I paid for a tool/app that is now not working

What am I doing wrong?

Hi thanks there is no update so I deleted and reinstall the app.. But still it doesn't work
