Need someone to make 2 svg files

I have a job where I need two svg files. One is the state of Louisiana and the Rotherham is the Olympic Rings. I don't want to Learn how to make svgs.I have too many other things to do.
I am willing to buy them.
Help! Please!

The state of Lousiana is in the Library. The rings can be made with the shapes library. There is a circle.

Hi, this took about 10 minutes to do. I put both in one svg file so I hope you have time to separate them so you can use them.
