HELP WONT CUT

I had SCAL 2 and moved to SCAL 4. I just upgraded to the cameo. When I design no matter what I do it will not cut from SCAL 4 it will do a thin cut but no where near cut my vinyl even if i turn the blade to 10. When I cut from studio, it cuts fine. I do not know how to use studio well at all and love SCAL. HELP!
