HELP HELP HELP
I have a brand new us cutter machine, and im using SCAL PRO, when i import a file from adobe illustrator should i be saving it as a svg file, or can i leave it as a psd file? and should i make it a vector also? Also when i merge overlapping pictures and text and then group them then print (cut) it only prints(cuts) the outside lining of the picture nothing else, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

So a few questions
Which software are you importing the file into to use for cutting - it may be SCAL in which case which version are you using and is it on a windows or mac ?
Also when you say it only cuts the outside of the group where else are you expecting it to cut ?
Can you post a jpeg or the svg file here so we can see what it is you are trying to do ? Or if it is copyright then do a non copyright example of the file so that we can understand what the problem is ?
