Problems since installing latest V 3.060 of Sure Cuts Alot

Has anyone else had this problem? After I downloaded the latest version 3.060 of Sure Cuts a lot 3 I noticed that my projects were not being saved correctly; only the last page of it was saved. When I check older projects from before the download most of those projects had the same problem. As a matter of fact the only way I can retrieve my work that I'm doing is to find the file under recent projects and I can get a complete thing. Only 5 of the most recent projects can be retrieved correctly when opening them this way. I have lost 3 years worth of work. I've tried sending an email to Sure Cuts A lot about 2 weeks ago and I have not gotten a response. I have always loved Sure Cuts A lot but right now I am very disappointed in them.

Bumping up for you. I use eCAL and haven't been able to cut lately. Maybe someone else can give you some input on this issue.

I thought I was going Crazy the other day when I went to work on a project. I opened my file and none of the changes that I had made previously were there. Fortunately, I had an SVG file that I could use. Luckily this is a new installation on an old laptop and I have an earlier version on my new laptop. It looks like I will be using the new laptop again for awhile.

I am also having similar problems. After the update, any of the SVG files that I had saved with more then one page, now only have 1 page. Any of the other pages have just disappeared!!! I'm so upset.... that's many hours of work put into those files and they're just gone. My cutter has also been pausing during cutting... like it just stops for a few seconds and then starts back. Is there anyway we can uninstall the update? I seriously need these files back. Tooooo many for me to take the time to replace!

I'm so glad I'm not alone with this problem. Since I posted this problem I've discovered that if I reinstall the previous version 3.053 I have all of my complete files back, but the files I made while using the version 3.060 are blank. So what I am doing now is, I'm going back to using version 3.053 and only use the version 3.060 for the files I created while it was installed. I hope this works for others who are having the same problem.

A SVG file cannot have multiple pages.
.scut (Project files) can have multiple pages.

If you do File -> Open Project to open a .scut3 with multiple pages, it should display ok.
However, we have noticed an issue with importing .scut files with multiple pages (File -> Import), but this should now be fixed in 3.062 which can be downloaded at

just to lob a thought into the ring - inkscape cannot have multiple pages but can have multiple layers

SCAL clearly can have both in multiples !
