Us Cutter Issue with vinyl spooling out...

I have a US Cutter, MH MK2, That I just setup and installed the Cuts A Lot Pro on my mac pro tower... I have tried 2 different files now...One and imported AI 8 EPS, and the other was text within the program. The same result on both was that it starts cutting the first 8-10 seconds then runs a cut down the length of the spool tip the vinyl runs out...and keeps spinning tip I force quit it...

How do I fix this? or what am I doing wrong...
