Can Someone help with this svg

Its been awhile since I used inkscape and I really need help with this picture for a preschool project
I can't seem to get it right. I know there are So many talented people on here ~Can someone here redo it and send it back to me?

That image will never work for a trace, it's much too small an image size. I found this one using Google image search, but it's still very low resolution. http://p5.storage.canalblog.com/58/29/5 ... 357832.jpg

I am giving up for today~ UGH~ I don't know what the problem is~ It looks good on the screen but when I cut it out~ it rips the paper, it rips the vinyl .
I tried using a Brand new blade, and a Brand new mat , different paper, different vinyl, I re-did the design over and over I need to step away for a while if anyone want to take a stab at ~ Be my guest~
