Just wanted to say a huge thank you for now enabling the new download to size in metric - such a great help and enabling me to achieve much better results between inkscape and scal - really really appreciate it

I am not smart on that...what is a good metric size for 8.5x11...?
The scal updates have been AWESOME...but it has taken me some time to discover them...I just playing with shapes and have been missing the other fun stuff :)
My pictures and files are available for a limited time only.
not so much what it is and what it isn't - lots of times I work in mm or cm and exporting to SCAL is always an issue since it isnt yet a perfect import - and converting to inches increases the likelihood of discrepancies - the new update allows me to resize so that the import now matches my original design in inkscape and I get what i think I designed
Also - it allows very fine adjustment for print and cut - teriffic improvement from my perspective
- now if the import was exact that would be perfect but hey - that I can deal with

I always work in px in inkscape but when I save my work ready for ecal, I put a 12 inch by 12 inch rectangle (no stroke, any fill) under it. If I need to resize in ecal, I resize everything together. I find it quick and easy but:
1. Remember to delete that rectangle!
2. Don't put a stroke on the rectangle, it will change the dimensions slightly.
Obviously that rectangle can be other sizes too, just remember the size for ecal.
