svg's showing in scal 2 but not in scal 3

Hi, I have svg's saved on my computer that will open in SCAL2, but when I try to open them in SCAL3 it just shows an empty box.

I can go back into SCAL2, save as a SCUT file and then open the project and it works.

Am I missing something in SCAL3, maybe some type of setting or something?

It appears there was an issue with some and that in the most recent versions it has been fixed.

I believe that it has to do with the object being centered on the mat.

Try this (copied from blog at SVG Cuts)

Because SVG files contain coordinate information, some of our files may import OFF of the cutting area. We’ve got a quick fix for that!

From the main toolbar, select File and click Preferences…
From the list of preferences, click Import Options
In the section labeled When Importing SVG, click Centered
Click OK.
That’s it! You’ve successfully configured your software to automatically center SVG files!

I did the update that was available, and it seems to help. I will keep the other option in mind just in case.
