Where is the driver?

I am having issues with my software and they want me to uninstall and re-install the software. I cannot seem to uninstall completely because the drivers are hidden. Does anyone know where they are located?

I have done searches and I am ready to pull out my hair with this. I am on my third eClips machine and just got my latest one this week. It is already making random slashes in my work!

In eCAL, under the Help menu is the Driver Installer option.
After choosing that, it will show a window with options to Install, Repair and Uninstall
