Sure Cuts A Lot 2 won't open SCUT2 files, just SCUT files

I recently had to reinstall my Sure Cuts A Lot 2 on my computer (had to redo entire computer). Now I can't get any of the SCUT2 files that were previously created to open, just the SCUT. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix this? Thanks!

Try filling out this form to get the latest version and install it. You should just beable to install over what you have.

If that does not work....let us know.

You may need to go to help and deactivate and then programs and uninstall craftedge, and start over with the download from the latest version through this form.

I am having the same problem. I recently recieved a file from GJ1 as a .scut file and now all of a sudden, It won't open in SCAL2 2.013. I can't find an update to 2.043 (the one I had before the crash) I re installed but got 2.013. The file worked for a few times now wont open. I see the preview, and when I go to open project etc. the screen flashes and "No File" I am obviously doing something wrong..... other files (scut svg etc are opening but not that one.) Any help would be great? thanks

The file for download of the pen/pencil box is a .scut2 and I just downloaded it and it opens fine.

Sorry you both are having troubles. Not sure whatelse to recommend, other than the latest version of scal2.
