activation problems

I have SCAL 2 and have 3 on my computer. I am trying to activate 3 but it says that I already have. I had to get a new laptop so I guess that is the problem but now I can't get SCAL to work. I keep getting demo marks etc. Any help on what to do now?

See this page about de-activating and starting over with a new install. Meaning, the old install is still on the records, so you must remove that and then install them to the new computer. You may have to type a note to support about it.

so...you go to activate and get a code and it does not work and so then you type a note to support. I think that is what happens. I think the note to support is right in the form for activating.
