Waiting for download code

Hi! How long does it take to get a download code?? I paid last week and still nothing!

Then, I would assume if your purchase went through, that you would receive a confirmation email with a serial number...which is what you need to activate.

You can activate from within the 'help' in SCAL, or if you have trouble doing that, then here

If you have not received anything at all regarding your purchase...then I would contact whoever you purchased from, or CE Support.

They mention in the faq's about this, above, and remind the purchaser to check the spam folder for the confirmations.
