Bubble Heart Tiara SVG

I am trying to recreate my new blog (will close my other one on June 1st).
And it is going SLOW. I didn't realize how much work I already invested in on my first blog. I wish I don't have to shut it down. :oops:

Anyway, here's a simple tiara that will be fun. It is 11 inches wide, so you'll use string to stretchy ribbon. The SVG is now on my new blog:

Guys, actually, after some thinking, I decided I really wanted to keep my old blog.
So I will stay there, and do a major overhaul on June 2.

I will transfer the new SVGs over there.
