I see websites that sell these types of images for car windows where do you get the svg's for them to be able to cut and sell them?

To sell any Licenced/registered/trademarked or copyrighted image is not something I think you want to do without fear of being procecuted.

To create and use for personal use, different story.

You can try My Vinyl Designer, they have files created just for the use you are looking for... to resell.

This subject has come up many times. It would be in your best interest to get some "professional" advice on the matter. As with anything, if you look hard enough you can come up with the answer you want. This is only my opinion.
