eCAL Drivers

Hi--new to forum. Just got my eClips today and installed my eCAL, however, I cannot get the drivers to install. Keep getting an error message and have installed and re-installed twice. Any advice for me??

Thanks for your help--I got it and cut my first 3-d box--great machine, cuts much smoother than my Cricut Expression!
