Birthday Card (Simple Design)

Post by sstehman »

Here is a card that was pretty simple to make for my nephew. Didn't want it too girly looking. But what I wanted to point out is the "leaf" is one from Penny Duncan's collection and it cut so nicely. I was just surprised at how smoothly her svg cut compared to some others. The Happy Birthday words were with blue pigment ink and clear embossing powder. I was really happy with the results.

Very nice Sandy. Yes Penny does a nice job on her files, it is all in cleaning up the nodes and knowing which ones you can do without and she is great at it.

Tks

Great card Sandy. I'm sure your nephew will like it very much. :) I just downloaded Penny's leaves this morning. Her work is amazing.
