Snowman embossing folder

Post by scrappindeb »

This folder has a 'story'...when I received it I was dismayed to see it was produced backwards! The raised lines are inverted! So I called the company and told them about it. She apologized and said she would send me another one. So I finally got that one and OMG! it's the same way! So I called them back and they said "No, that's the correct way the folder is!" She had checked and that is how all of this particular folder has been made! So now I have two of them and I use it but I'm still disgruntled that it is backwards!!! You can't use the backside to get the raised lines because then the words are backwards!!!
The snowflakes are from a stamp set.

Isn't that an interesting effect, though!

Very nice indeed.. You could have the snowman the raised way though by cutting out a square the same size as the square he fits in and then just glue it on top :D

Could try that but I wonder how it would look with the words all going inward? Might be okay. Maybe putting the snowman square on a layer and lifting it a bit for dimension. I'll have to try that now I'm curious. :)
