curving text in inkscape?

curving text in inkscape?

I want to make a file to put on a cup that just says MUSTANGS. In order for it to go on the cup straight it has to curve slightly when I cut it out.

Does anyone know directions on how to curve text just slightly in inkscape or another program? Or can someone offer me any further help?
