I have a pic of what I want, just don't know how to change it into an .svg. Would someone help?

Well I appreciate everyone reading my post..as this is the first I have done...I kept reading old posts and found my answer...I can now convert this image into a .svg...thanks anyway for the help

OMG....thank you both soooo very much...my SVG...was horrible!!! I'm new and I will eventually figure out how to do this.. I really appreciate you both.
