Help with an svg

Post by karenpowell40 »

I was trying to convert this to an svg but I am not having any luck.I have SCAL2 but I don't have inkscape or even a photo program. I was wandering if anyone could help me? I haven't learned much about the tracing with a pic like this. I was trying to make a floating frame to match my cousins nursery. I would be willing to pay for someone to convert these. Thanks for all your help.

are you wanting a one piece to use with vinyl? Or a paper piecing with all the colors?

Jo-anne,

You are getting so "fancy" with the patterns, I'm so impressed! Someone wanted a tut or a video on how todo this. Are you up to it?

How did you do this JoAnn? Did you start in INK, or did you do it all in SCAL2?

I made one, but it is not as good. I did it in SCAL with the pen tool. I won't show mine as it is so much worse than yours.
Keep going and share how you did it when you are done. Thanks for showing us!

LOL. That's my secret.. LOLOLOL..
Actually I traced it in inkscape.. then brought it into SCAL2.. I took the colored patterns and snipped each piece out of the actual photo with my snipping tool.. ..

And no.. no payment required at all.. I am here to offer my services..
