I made this file folder. I haven't tried to cut it yet but it looks like it will work. You will have to score it in the middle.

Hmmm...I tried it and it is too square-ish, the tab too small. I will have to work on it some more.

Oh, you liked it? I still thought it was proportioned weird. I am planning to take some measurements on a real file folder and use that as a guide.
