is there a way to use a regular picture ?

Is it possible to take a regular picture, like a picture from a wedding, a party, or vacation and to transform it somehow to a file that could be finally cut on the cricut expression?

I also did a justin bieber one if you search that.. It's quite easy once you get the gyst of it all..

You can use the TRACE feature in SCAL2 or in Inkscape and then they cut them with vinyl. Many people on this board do it and so you could find help for sure.
