A blossom tree

Hi, does anyone know where I could find a tree similar to these pictures please. I am sure I am not the first to want something like this and am probably being incredibly silly and not searching in the right place. Either style of tree would be fine, Thanks in advance

Here's one that might work for you. You will need to add the blossoms. In the shapes table are some flowers and there are lots of fonts with flowers around to work with.,
