Simple Box

Hi everyone! I am sure this is easy to find but I've been unsuccessful so far. I am looking for a square box that is all one piece. I want to make dice with it. I want the lid to be attached. Does anyone know where I can find that at?

I have a box with a decorative cutout on my blog here. If you have SCAL2 just hide or delete the cutout layer, or you can use blackout mode if you are using SCAL1.
