tri-shutter card

I found this on a blog I frequent and I want to make it, but it is a design studio file and I dont' have that, does anyone know where I can find this?

Here is a link to a tutorial on how to do it

it is a hand cut but should be easy enough to create a svg file for it

Thanks for the link, but I am new to SCAL, so I barely know how to use it, but maybe someday I can make one!LOL

Amy, just wanted to let you know I went to your blog and downloaded this file also. I will let you know how it turns out. I have tried to make this kind of card from several different sources and haven't gotten one to turn out yet. wish me luck!
