could be Scal related maybe not for FONT

Post by doodlebugs »

Heres what I am looking for... I was at a festival last week or so ago and they were selling these name frames that were made on a computer. The artist basically typed your name out and the computer colored the letters in then they had 3 or 4 designs to choose. The ones we bought had animals around each letter similar to Cricut Zooballoo cart. But I want to know if there is a program you can do this even if it is not scal or cricut related is there a coloring book program where you can make the letters the colors you want and put animals or other designs in the letters

Not sure exactly what you are looking for but I would recommend taking a look at scrapcoloring.com. You can upload an image to the make your own coloring page, then color it in with a large variety of colors or patterns.

There is a font that corresponds with Zooballoo you can buy inexpensively from 2peas.

So you could use it to prepare the file, (for best quality use Inkscape and save as SVG) then upload it to scrapcoloring and color it in.

Another way to do graphics with alphabets is to look at the alphabets from letteringdelights.com. These are not fonts, per se, but full color graphics for each letter of the alphabet. They have an online utility that lets you type with these.
