Freezing problems

With the Sure Cuts A Lot 2 my computer keeps freezing. I saw that the suggestion was to change something in the properties, but my properties only show General and Updates, no Compatibility. Any suggestions?

I think it's because you need to access scal from the windows screen not the program itself. So you need to go to the start button in the lower left corner of the screen...then I think the instructions given in the other thread will make sense...http://forums.surecutsalot.com/viewtopi ... 27&start=0
