Kelly, your problem is that when the mat rolls back into the machine for the second cut it is not rolling to the exact place,

What material are you trying to cut..vinyl, cardstock??? What cutter are you using? I don't have an answer for you, but someone may come along with some suggestions.

Maybe increasing the pressure of the blade and only doing one cut? Don't know. Sorry.

it is best when asking questions like this is to also list the cutter you are using it helps alot to know since each cutter has different ways to resolve the problems.

Sorry I didnt mention my cutter Im using a cricut expression. Hope someone has an answer for me. I know the problem is it isnt going to the exact spot it cut before or it would have cut in the exact place it cut before. Its approx. an eighth of an inch off & I just cant figure out why or how to fix it. Thanks so much for anyone who can shed some light on whats going on.

Hi Kelly

when I used the expression what I did to correct this was not to do multi cut but load paper and cut again (separate single cuts). Hope this helps

The way Willow said it is a good way to do it also
When it says first cut complete be sure to press the LOAD button and not the unload button and cut again

I would try to just cut it once.

Do not unload your mat.

Then hit the cut button again.

If it is still cutting off 1/8 of an inch, then you have reached the limits of your E's accuracy and precision.
