Can someone make these into SVG files for me??

I need both of these for my sister's graduation party coming up... but I am not familiar with Inkscape AT ALL!

Is there anyone on here that could possibly convert these for me? I'd be eternally grateful!

On the Vandy one -- I need to be able to cut out the colors separately (gold, black, white)... same with the Longhorns.

**I need to be able to cut these to about 12x12 (or as large as I can), so use whichever looks best**
