Need Help making svg

Can this image be turned into an svg? or maybe I should say, Can anyone turn this into an svg for me?..I'm lost with the tutorials!!! or just plain stupid...thanks

Gave it a try and I'm not sure how this will cut. Maybe someone else with a bit more experience can look at it and modify if needed. There is one with more detail and one with more solid pieces.

He was the MS state logo...Col. Reb...they are now the "Ole Miss Bears"..we miss Col. Reb..
