Help making nodes flow
I have been working with this outline for some time now. I managed to get everything smooth except for the top part of the moon. It doesn't matter which way i pull or push the nodes - i can get the top part to flow right. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Here is the actual file - if that helps any. I may have just made to many node adjustments that there is no turning back!! - although..it appears that my svg has lost some of the curls at both ends of the moon.....

i restarted the file.I have not found an easy way once you path the stroke like that to move things around and maintain the equal distance width. but what I think you are looking for is found on the nodes menu bar, the 7th, 8th and 9th item over from the left.
The svg is attached.
I created three layers, one has your original file.
Another layer has the traced file, with no color and a the width of the stroke at something like 0.021
The third layers has the nodes.

Thanks so much!! I have played with this image until i had it totally messed up (lol)! When i looked in node view - there were hundreds of them. I tried putting a box around only the area i needed - that helped but still too many of them to know which one needed adjusted!! Anyhow, thank you so much again!!

If you click on your image and then go path/simplify it will remove some of the unnecessary nodes..
