Looking for dot circle (a circle made of punched out holes )

I am looking for a dot circle (or a circle made of punched out holes ) svg or scal that is similar to the EKSucess punch but one that I can size up or down.
Help!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

I don't know if this is what you need but just thought I would take a chance and see if you can use. If not maybe someone else will come along and give what you need.

Thanks Brenda this is not exactly what I was looking for but I will definately use this one. It is really cool. I was looking for a single row of holes that forms a circle with a solid middle. I am going to play around in scal and see if I can create it.

You could create one with any size dots you want by creating a circle in SCAL, and then using the rhinestone feature. Here's an example.
