Spellbinders Scalloped frame

Can anyone make the spellbinders scalloped frame? I want to try and make a woven lattice panel and I don't know really how to use inksacpe that well. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing the link- I had never visited the Cuttingtime blog - found a great tutorial on creating tiled clones. I wondered how everyone was making these great nested shape files! I need to learn more about all the special tools in Inkscape!

I have this one on my blog here. It doesn't have ribbon slots, but they can be added pretty easily, just let me know if you are interested. :D

You could probably thread ribbon through the scallop holes on the above file. I've seen it done and it look really nice.
