Need some help identifying

I am looking for a file of a small gift card that is shaped and folds in half. I am not sure what you would call it. It is not as large as a gift tag, and you can write a note inside. Is that considered a tag or card? Hopefully everyone can understand what I am trying to explain. I would google it but not sure on what it is called.

That is really cute! Thanks. I am looking for something that is sort of like that but it is like a miniature card and you put a hole in it and insert a ribbon then attach to package. They can be different shapes but still a card?? Make sense?

Ahhh so you mean like gift tags.. Just type in folded gift tags..
