I actually did find this file, but i have no idea how to use it! Do I have to ungroup all the parts?

yes you ungroup it. .But if this is the site you have to email her for the file.. That is just a picture of what she did..

Okay then if you have inscape just ungroup it and pull the pieces apart. You do the same in SCAL..
