HELP!!!!!!!!!!New computer

Hi All HELP PLEASE
I just got a new Dell, Windows 7 and cannot get it to acative my SCAL.....I have did the serial # 20 times I bet When I open SCAL it stops responding also. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?????
I went to firewall and allow SCAL and SCAL 2.........

Have you activated more than two times? If you have, you will need to contact Todd support@craftedge.com and let him know that you are trying to install on a new computer.

try right click on the icon, click on properties and make SCAL compative with XP. that helped my
