Need help converting please!!!!!

This seems simple enough, but I can't seem to get it convert nice and clean,would someone please help me???

Here you go. I found the EPS file at Seeklogo.com and saved it as an SVG. Let me know if it works.

OK I know I doing something stupid here, but nothing is showing up when i try to open it in scal.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks sooooo much for your time helping me Todd!!!!!!

Are you opening or importing?

importing- just a red box opens.

I separeted out the black. Let me know if this works for you.
