Window Pane File

I tried to post this before but I don't see it.

I had a window pane file that had 4 panes at the top that were rounded and then there were nine panes below it. It looked like you were on the inside looking out a window to the outside.

I have a picture of the file I used to have but I can't upload it as it is to big.

I wanted to use the file again for Christmas cards but can't find it.

Does anyone recall anything like this?

Is there a way to make a file smaller so it can be uploaded?

Yes. Use paintshop. Make the picture smaller, so the pixel will go down aswell. Or change de brightness. Save as JPG or BMP.

Just the window. I want to put a snow scene in the background. It can be in the form of a card. I want to make it into a card anyway.

I just loved this file and I don't remember where I got it.
