Fancy Label with outline

Does anybody have anything similar to this picture? I'm looking for the fancy label with the extra outlined portion also. Thanks for any and all help.

There are tons of them here you can see them in the SVG section of the forum under boxes borders and tags

Thanks for the help Rachell! I made my invitations and although they're very simple, I love the way they turned out.
