I need a Scallop Circle card :(

Ive been looking for a bit and I tried to make one but when folded it didnt line up.
I need to make a scallop circle card with this shape

Does anyone have something like this I can download?

Search scalloptrifoldcard.svg. If a trifold will work for you.
