Question about SCAL 2 and layers.

I will try and best describe the problem that I am currently having without confusing your or myself any more then necessary..... )

I am making a wordbook in SCAL2. (I have made them before in SCAL1) I am using the different layer options for each layer of my book. In SCAL 2 it looks perfect... However.... I can only cut out the last (longest part) of the book. (that was the 1st layer that I made) Because I have welded all fonts in a single layer together, from what I can tell, it is also welding them to the very first layer I made and will not allow to cut. I have tried hiding the other layers and still nada. Please..... Help..... I am soooo confused as to how to fix this.....

Are you checking this looking at preview? (don't use preview all)
If that's not it then please post the files so we can take a look and see if we can figure it out.

Thank you for your advise.... I started playing with it and just ungrouped everything layer by layer and then regrouped and welded and that seemed to do the trick! I will post the file in SCAL 2 in a few minutes. As always thank you for being willing and helpful!
