Can someone help make this file into a SVG?

This is for our local baseball team and I would like to make gift bags for the boys. It is the end of our season and I thought that this would be a nice compliment to the bags. Can someone please help me make this into a SVG file with layers for each of the colors? I appreciate all of the help and hope to be able to make SVG files for others in the future.

I can't but from what I have seen of other posts those who can would like to have a little bigger pcture to work with, so keep your eyes open for that request from you.

Butterfly is correct about the image size. A larger and sharper image will make it easier to convert or recreate this file. I increased the size of your file and this is what it looks like.
