looking for a cone party favor

I was wondering ig any one had a file for a cone party favor. need one for my folks 50th wedding anniversary.
I saw some one on a nother site use them for dry snacks at a shower but did not get the file.

thank you so much! I know it seems like a simple shape but just got scal and inkscape not sure how to use it all just yet. Thank you this sight is sooo cool!
