What am I doing wrong

When I import into SCALII - it does not look the same. Some of the lines don't look right. Please help

You have overlapping cut lines. Just open the file back up in Ink, select your artwork, then use Path/Union. I have a post on my blog explaining the different Path operations like Combine and Union that may help you. Inkscape Path operations explained – Part 1
