Gift Box to fit a Mini Album

Once again I am hoping to find a file some talented person has created and would like to share. I believe this is probably a simplier file then others I have requested in the past.

I would like a gift box that would fit a 4 x 6 mini album. I made this album as a gift and then thought it would be perfect to have it in a coordinating gift box. The box itself would have to be about 1 1/2 inches deep to fit the album. Any help would be appreciated!
