Design while cutting

I would like to be able to work on another project while one is cutting.

I agree 150 million times!! It is very frustrating waiting for a complex design to print but not being able to move on to the next project. Last night I was cutting a lot of vinyl for tiles and it took over 2 hours to print!!!!!What a waste of time!!!

Have you tried moving "Cutting" window to the side and click on SCAL again? I've moved the "Cutting" Window to the side and surfed on the internet while my machine was cutting. Few times, I worked in Inkscape getting my next project ready while it was cutting...

I usually just open up scal again so that I have two open and work in the other while the first is cutting. Depending on what you are doing, this has worked great for me.

I am not able to open more that one SCAL window on my Mac either. Would be nice to be able to do this.
