how to tell what font I used

Ok. I am new here and not sure if this is where I ask this. Please forgive me if it's not right. I was working on something and scal locked up and stopped responding. When I opened it back up tonight to work in it, it allowed me to load the page where I left off (even tho I hadn't saved it...a BIG plus over DS for sure) anyway, I can't remember what font I was using. Will it automatically go to the one I was using? Is there a way to tell like there is in DS by selecting and right clicking with the mose? I can't seem to figure it out. Any info is appreciated. TIA!

If you click on your word to outline it and then look in the right hand column where your fonts and that are it will still show the font you used... I just tried it and it works..

Great. thanks. I thought it might be since it didn't default to the first font in the list but the one that showed up didn't look familiar. plus I resized, reshaped etc so it didn't look like a new letter I typed. LOL Thanks for your reply. I'll get the hang of it eventually.
