I have a file very similar to the pink dotted one on my blog, except that it is open on the top. I can modify it so that it closes and post it later (after the kids are in bed )

I just added this angled box to my blog. I didn't include the holes for the ribbons in the top, but did design the box so that it opens on the side so that it won't pop open if lifted by ribbons through the top.
